Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Hello.
You should try to follow some sleep hygiene measures. Use the bed only for sleeping and not for tv, food, reading etc. Avoid tea and coffee in evening. Habe a light meal in the evening. Remove clocks from the bedroom and keep mobile phone away.
If there are other causes for insomnia like frequent waking for passing urine, then get blood sugar checked for diabetes.
If these things don't work, consult a psychiatrist in person for treatment.
Regards.
