About height growth
I am 19 year 6 months old 5feet 7 inch tall ,how much of height growth is possible by exercises and proper food up to 21 years I will do setups by sticking to cart leg is it good for height growth or bad some body said half inch height and 2 inch rarely possible for me is it true please give me right answer

Hello there,,,,,,,first and foremost you need to understand that every person is unique,,,also there is huge dominance of gene play which gives us our external and systemic characters,,,,,hence we have people like shaqil o neal or usain bolt with altogether different excellence and also people like sachin tendulakar who are kings in their own field. You can try certain exercises,,,,like stretching ,climbing and a good nutritious diet,,,,however there is no established study which states that exercises helps in increasing height.

beware of teleproducts which promise to increase your height.....that is pure business and sham... regarding surgeries...there are conflicting results and i would definately not recommend it. Do resort back to me if you have any doubts regards & take care

Dear friend your body kind and your height is genetic in nature.......... If your parents are tall there is lots of chance for you to be a taller person...... And vice versa..... But don't worry indulge your in outdoor activities more........

Final height gained by a person is a combination of genetics (how tall your parents are and which dominant gene you inherited), diet and exercise. Using height charts for children below 16yrs, height can be predicted but that also has an error margin. At your age considering your gender, it is unlikely you will grow another 2 inches, though some amount of growth is possible. Continue to have a healthy lifestyle and good diet.

Height does increase upto 21 yrs but can vary from person to person Hetedity plays an important role Exercises and sports do help .,but quantum is not predictable

Hello..Well the secondary ossification centres of the bone close by 21 so you stop gaining height after that...You can do exercises as recommended by your trainer..Do not do anything just by greeting inspired by someone...Thank you
