Hello sir and mam🙏🏻
My daughter is 108 days old.
Why she got fever every month?
After all i follow strict diet.
Pllz suggest something is serious.
After giving medicine for three days the fever goes and coming next month.

Too young to have fever.
First 6 months, fever is rare.
If it is there, better stop taking medicine from local physicians and consult a Pediatrician.
