Hi
Ecosporin is the wonderful drug which is commonly called " baby aspirin " helps in blood thinning which gives better blood supply through mother to baby via placenta. There by avoiding miscarriages. However in your history you are clearly stating that u had " preterm premature delivery" - may be due to cervical insufficiency, I need to more details know about the weeks when u had the previous miscarriage and was it painless or pain induced? . Any aggravating factors etc
