4-5 kms run is good, but depending on your requirements, if u are a sports person,or requirement of drastic weight management, run as much, but whimsically don't run so much, take food after at least 1hour after stabilisation of your heart beat.

Exercising daily for an hour is enough unless you are a sports person.
Keep gap for an hour after your meal before going to exercise.
Eat a protein rich food just after you finish your exercise it will help in building your muscle mass.
