Is ct scan of brain plain detects clots in brain . Or can i go for mri brain . And anther one is can i go for mri brain and mri cervical spondalytes one day.

Yes both mri can be done in same sitting. You need to consult neurosurgeon about whether you need CT or mri as it depends on the suspected cause of clot
