About chest Fat or Gynocomastia
Hello doctor, myself bharat. I have chest fat since long time. I am not very fatty boy still i have chest fay or might be possible gynocomastia in term of your doctor line. But i am not sure about thay i have gynocomastia or just chest fat. I have some friends who are very very fatty but don't have chest fat at all. Im my case, i am not fatty but still i have chest fat. So it it is just chest fat then how can i remove it or if it is gyno then how do i identify that it is gyno.
Please help me. I am feeling very depressed with that.

If you are not fat and it is very prominent then it may be gynecomastia. You can check the difference
- check hormones by blood test. If testosterone and estrogen are disturbed it is gyn.
- check yourself. Breast feels firm but fat is soft
Even if it is gyn there is no need to feel sad or embarrased. It can be easily treated with both allopathy and homeopathy. Cheer up you are a boy and will always remain a boy.

If this is fat then it visible all body area. Bt if it is only around chest area then it might be gynocomastia. Don't worry it is easily treatable with medicine and exercise.
