Needs to consider multiple factors like age at presentation
Features in biopsy report like lymphovascular invasion extent of surgery size of tumor and location extent of DCIS
No of cyclea depends on type of chemo for example FAC CMF AC etc

Harmonal therapy can be for 5 yrs ..if premenopausal with a switch after 5yrs if reuired...up to 10 yrs..
May require radiation ...
