Yes, medical abortion pills (mifepristone + misoprostol) can usually be taken while breastfeeding. Only very small amounts pass into breast milk and are considered safe. Some doctors advise skipping breastfeeding for 24 hours after taking misoprostol as a precaution, but complete stopping is usually not required.
