Abortion in 21 weeks
Abortion is possible upto 24 weeks so around 21weeks my friend wants to abort her child..so is this possible through medical treatment?

2 gynecologist must be of the opinion that the women needs the abortion on grounds that are permitted by the law. It is also more risky to undergo abortion at this stage but if reason is valid it may be allowed

There should be a good reason to seek an MTP at 21 weeks. MTP is permitted till 24 weeks but we need a team of Doctors to certify that this MTP is indicated.
