Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area.   You should appreciate that there is a difference between getting an abortion done and eating street food on a roadside kiosk. I don't know what is the duration of your pregnancy, if you had any previous Caesarean, what is your Hb level. All this information is required before I can give an opinion about Medical abortion.

First check for pregnancy then think for it. Multiple times termination of pregnancy have ill effect of your health. Sometimes complications can occur and that may be life-threatening.
