The causes for low urea is usually low protein diet or low muscle mass, along with many other problems. High vitamin b12 is caused many diseases , but the value given by you is not much higher to have a serious problem. Again please don’t run behind the tests, its the symptoms or signs which are more important. If your mother has any symptom then pls do consult a physician , otherwise don’t worry. It is helpful for us to suggest you if you could mention why were these tests done. Well coming to test report, as you have mentioned low Blood urea nitrogen, generally it isn't very significant and doesn't point out to any gross abnormality. We generally look more into Serum creatinine. Coming to Vit-B12, if she is on any supplements for Vit-B12 , the levels will go high up in blood. Nothing to worry, she may discontinue the Vit B12 supplements.
