Abnormal blood and pathology report
My father's blood report are attached. He is on blood pressure (telzhy ch40) and heart medication (kimet xl25). He was having tooth ache doctor asked for blood report and to our surprise report came out to be abnormal. He is having this issue of Piles since longtime. Is the report concerning?

Report is fine nothing to worry mild anaemia is present but that is corrected through diet Take aboundant amounts of leafy vegetables Milk , egg white ,jaggery are the main sources of iron
