Abdominal Pelvis scan report
Hi. I have a history of regular periods . For the first time my periods was longer. I was told to take this scan. This scan was taken after 10 days of  my periods being completed stopped Is there anything I should be aware off? Iam planning for my pregnancy next year. Please suggest me .

Adenomyosis leads to decreased implantation and hence decreasing success towards pregnancy. If it’s a focal adenomyosis, better to get it removed. If diffuse then medication will be required. Better to get a basic fertility check.
