Abdominal pain and rectal discharge
Recently there is a mucus with blood discharge from my rectum ( not with stool ). I have consistent pain in my abdomen .Previously also I had this type of discharge but I ignored it as I thought it was related to my periods. But today again there was a discharge. I'm suffering from constipation since some months and I always have a feeling that my stomach is not empty inspite of passing stool.I always pass dry type stool. My motions are also not regular. There is always severe abdominal cramps before passing motion and after some time the cramps remains. But today the pain is not going away even after several hours of passing stool. I have gas related issues , so I sometimes I burp a lot and there is flatulence. So is it related to gas ? I'm worried now. I don't know which doctor to consult.
