There are too many symptoms ;
Breast nipple discharge, irregular periods, Ovulation (I don't know what you noticed about your Ovulation). Please keep a record of your periods for 3 months, get a Sonography done and consult a Gynaecologist on Practo

Though discharge from nipples can be due to hormonal changes and cyclic .But at the same time it should get evaluated .
