You can use tablet metronidazole 500 mg 3times daily and ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days plus some painkillers like ibuprofen.
You should consider the definitive treatment for the anal fistula.Though surgery is the standard treatment,there are newer non surgical treatment with good results ,but you should look for availability in your area .
