Abdomen pain, nausea & body ache

Asked for Male, 14 Years

My son (aged 14) had fever (101) last week for a while on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week which got controlled with Ibugesic-plus (2 doses each day). He has been complaining of abdomen pain for a few days after that, is feeling nausea since morning and complaining of body ache. He has lost appetite too. Could this be the gestation period for Malaria as he had mosquito bites early last week? There has been no food poisoning. Being under the weather could be another likelihood. Tests?
