A bump in uppar part of mouth with ulcer

Sir I have a bump in uppar part of mouth with ulcers and ear pain and constipation. The bump disappears during day and it starts paining during night with sore and pain in throat and ear. Please assist me what's the problem because I used to smoke 6 months ago. Thank You.
