My Daughter is having fever as 100.2
she is 8 month old now. Is that can be treated in home with para syrups.

Any other complain.? It looks there is no other complaint. No cold or cough. Any problem while passing urine. Start with paracetamol. You have not given her weight.
You can give her paracetamol 15mg/kg weight per dose sos. You may give 3 doses. Take care of hydration. Plenty of fluids, give coconut water or fiterwater.

Greetings, yes you can treat the child if only fever with paracetamol drops based on the weight of the child , better to consult Paediatrician.
