7th week pregnant
I have 7th week pregnant today but dont have much symptoms. Only symptoms i have is frequent urination and getting hungry quickly. Last week had my usg and Heartbeat started with 122bpm. Is it ok to have no nausea and morning sickness .please advise

Hi, It's ok if you are having no nausea or other symptoms. But keep a watch on Growth of fetus, fetal movements, Hb, urine routine for Albumin, B.P, weight. Get regular antenatal checkups done. Take iron calcium and protein powder.

Yes it's good if you don't have ...why do you wants to have problems...you might face frequent urination till 12 weeks ...but get baseline urine and some blood investigations done ..

It is normal only. It is not mandatory to have nausea and vomitings every time
