I’m currently 7 weeks, first time pregnancy and the last two nights I have had really vivid sex dreams, actually ended up orgasming last night just from the dream and it woke me up. After that though I had the worst cramping pain I’ve felt yet it was so bad I went to the toilet fully expecting to be bleeding heavily. Nothing came of it and it was on n off for half an hour then went away completely. Could this just be a post orgasm pregnancy thing?
