7 month old baby nipple concern

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi my 7 month old daughter has had a larger breast bud on her right side since 1 month old and appears to have a vein going through it or look dry blue bruised and has not gone away. Should I be worried, I was told by a nurse it is hormones however my daughter is formula fed and has been since 6 weeks old.
