Hi, what type of solids can be given to my 7 month baby girl? Right now I am giving boiled apple, sweet potato and boiled Dal-rice liquid.

Hello, you an start with small gains of soft rice, boiled potato, cereal porridge, try with other soft fruits like banana, chickoo, etc.
