Doubt regarding food for babies
Hi,my baby age is 7 months old...can I give cashews and almond powder in hot water...for babies..can you please suggest me which diet is good for baby devlopment

Yes, you can give grounded nuts in powdered form. Puree- form diet is suggested. Start with a tablespoonful sized quantity Cereal, lentils, vegetables and fruits purees. Strained vegetable juices/ soups.

Hi, Start giving - Fruit puree/ Mashed potato/ Suji kheer/ biscuit mashed in milk/ suji kheer/ boiled egg/ mashed banana/ khichdi/ Dalia/ mashed dals etc.
