6yr old kid having vomitings

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My kid is 6yr old. She is having vomitings 1/ day since 3 days. She is not taking food properly. Can you please suggest me what can be the problem and what should I give her to resolve this? Thanks

If there is vomiting once day and no other complaints probably this is not serious just offer feeds when child is hungry and accepts self. Probably will resolve.

Anyother issues then do let us know. Constipation or stomach pain or loose motions? Don't force food too much. More of liquids and light food, most probably stomach upset
