Hi there, After 3rd month of pregnancy it is safe. But it should be with precautions and care. You should not be having any kind of high risk. Refrain from sexual activity after 7 month of pregnancy.

Hi this is a completely normal feeling and dont punish yourself for feeling like this ! Sex during pregnancy is fine as long as there is no contraindication like Low lying placenta or bleeding. Obviously one needs to be careful , should be gentle , no pressure on tummy. Second trimester is the best time , the honeymoon period of pregnancy !
