I am in 5th week of pregnancy Last night I had a bad dream after I woke up from dream i spotted red blood I wiped it with tissue 2 times after that few drops of light red blood came..and at that time my stomach felt unusual with very very mild cramp. I am really afraid.. is that a problem kindly help me in this
