4 teeth extraction
I am about to get my braces and I hv overcrowded teeth and overbite and my doctor said to remove 4 first premolar(I am not sure). Will the extraction change my face shape and lip shape for worse ? Will my jaw become weak? Is there any other way. I can't afford Damon braces ... Plz reply

If you can't afford Damon it's better to go for removal of 4 teeth

First n foremost thing ,extracting teeth will not going to change ur face drastically as you have mentioned that you have severe crowding, but ur smile will going to improved in positive way and your jaw will not become weak. So don't worry about all that.
