I am trying to conceive for the past 2 months and been married for the past 6 months.
Will functional cyst affect my fertility? Will it cause difficulty in conceiving? If so, what medication/diet can I follow to overcome this?
Condition: 4.1×2.4 cm functional cyst in slightly enlarged R.Ovary (scan report as of february 2020)

Yes functional cyst sometimes may affect fertility,but you repeat ultrasound by the time it may have gone,have well balanced diet, avoid junk food, and stress do regular exercises

Functional cyst can affect fertility if it is enlarged.sometimes it needs to be removed surgically.follow it up with serial ultrasound.check your CA 125 value .no medicines needed to reduce it .
The functional cyst was present in Feb. If you repeat the sonography now the functional cyst might have gone.
It's TRUE that these functional cyst might affect your conception as these cysts are usually associated with menstrual cycle disturbances.
