30 week pregnant having gas troble
Hello,
I am 30 weeks pregnant having gas pain in upper stomach rotating sideways and in centre. Also having frequent motion but not loose. The pain was severe for 3 hours, I tried various home remwdies but didn't worked. I am still having pain in upper abdomen but not very severe.
Kindly suggest nay medicine which I can take during pregnancy also for this.
