I am having severe acidity. Can I take any antacid for this problem. I can't able to eat and also my digestive system is also affected. Please let me know how to tackle this? Thank you in advance

You should use Digene or Mucaine gele. You can use Tab Ranitidine. You should avoid spicy and fried food. Go slow on non veg diet. Have lot of water.
