Hi. Acidity is a very common issue with pregnant women because of the hormones in pregnancy. I would suggest that you take small frequent meals, avoid spicy oily food, not to lie down immediately after meals, drink hot water after meals. If acidity still persists please get medicine prescribed from your gynaecologist.
Next Steps
Take small frequent meals
Health Tips
Antacids interfere with iron medications so please take it only after prescription
