3 month pregnancy cyst in right ovary
Second usg done.
In first usg done at 2 month show a simple cyst in right ovary . Now today 3rd month ugs still show cyst .
I have attached both usg report. And suggest what to do now. Can it cause problem in near term . Can I treat with medicine

It's small in size. It doesn't need removal now. Keep monitoring with 6 monthly ultrasound. It cannot be treated with medicines
