Fever since 3 days. Temp 100 to 102.8 F doing tepid sponging , giloy satva in water hourly , amritharishta , sudarshana given. Should I wait another day or give paracetemol. Should I see mod med peadtric doc. No other symptom only pyrexia.

Never give medications without a doctor consultation especially in children's. If the dosage is not properly given it cause harm to the baby.
Fever is just a symptom of some unrevealing reason. So detailed consultation is must.

Any cough or cold? Fever could be due to some infection. Can continue the medications. If any respiratory symptoms medicines need mild changes.But if fever not coming down then take a direct consultation.keep your baby well hydrated.can give water boiled with dry ginger.
