It's been totally one day since 24 hour baby is not eating anything even not taking water and milk .I'm in trouble .he has fever too bt now in control 99 degree and worried to give medicine in empty stomach. why he is not eating anything please tell with experience

Please check oral cavity for any ulcers. During infections kids wont prefer to eat much. Try to give liquids, soups, yogurt, buttermilk and solids as and when he develops the taste.
