Hi doctor today scanning done .reports final impression,:single intrauterine gestational age around 24 weeks, finding s/ o excess growth of around one week, placenta posterior, presentation changing lie, liquor - polyhydramnios, screen for PIH negative

Please get your OGCT , BSL fasting and postprandial done . That would help in knowing if the cause of polyhydramnios is because of increased blood sugar levels . Assuming your fetal anomaly scan is normal .

Get ur sugar levels checked The amount of liquor around the baby is more U hv not mentioned the exact amount though
