21 year Male Mucosal Prolapse
I was having constipated diarrhoea doctor have done my colonoscopy and diagnosed me with mucosal prolapse, i was a healthy boy a year ago regularly doing gym and suddenly my stool consistency change from hard soft stool to mushy stool it goes when i take refaximine or vizylac gg mouth granules but doctors done my colonoscopy and diagnosed me with mucosal prolapse,i just want to go gym and be healthy but this condition got my gym from me😓 plus i can't even focus on my studies like i was doing earlier, doctor told me to just don't strain while you go to toilet. Help me if ... I am also suffering from loss of appetite 🥲 help me..🙏🙏🙏🙏

Usually the treatment for such conditions is surgery.if your surgeon has not recommended surgery it may be very mild. You can benefit from 1.diet to avoid constipation 2.pelvic floor strengthening exercises Meanwhile the only exercises you would be asked  to refrain from are those that increase abdominal pressure.So,dont be disheartened.
