21 week fetus noted hydronephrosis in Both kidney  how much sevior is this, is it will be ok or anything to worry

Visit a fetal medicine specialist...this can settle on further sonography but always better to be sure... Also once the baby is born get a sonography done

Very common Just go as time passes , Don’t take tension , if all other parameters are ok . If still bothers you then meet specialist . Which place you r from ?

get a repeat ultrasound done from a fetal medicine expert.. Although this alone is  not a major concern.. repeat ultrasound s needed..and post delivery assessment to b done..

See a  fetal medicine specialist in your  place. Another  scan  has to be  done  to  see any other  associated  problems. Based on that  they can  explain  clearly. Don't  delay.
