21 months old son not started talking
My son is 21 months old. Still not started to talk. Please suggest something. Hardly speak 2-5 words.

First try to analyse whether he is able to recognise n ask for all the things, response he gives when he is seeing tv, playing with others, when you are interacting with him. By this age we expect many meaningful words and interactions.try to meet a pediatrician to assess his development overall.

DO not worry. If the child can utter even a few words it means his hearing is normal.
He will take some time. There are examples of many great people who started speaking very late.
