2 year 3 month child beats me

My daughter is 2 years and 3 months ... now and then she beats me for no reason . Sometimes the beatings are real painful , no idea how to handle the situation.. can anyone help

Any behavior which is destructive or harmful to self or others AND of recent onset,needs evaluation. Plz consult a paediatric psychologist.
