  4. 2 cervical disc bulging. The problem.

2 cervical disc bulging
Just parallel to my shoulder I have 2 bulging disc.When I move my hand from back till my neck I am able to notice 2 disc separate from the rest of my spine. PLEASE doctor advice me what to do.Also tell me if I can prevent surgery and correct the problem.

U need physiotherapist.do proper exercise and electrotherapy ur problem will reduce
