This is transitional diarrhoea which happens at this age.
Cause is the intestinal flora transition.
Next Steps
Try to give more time while breast feeding usually babies after 5 minutes stop feeding and goes to sleep because of quenching of thirst.Mothers have to wake up the baby by rubbing behind ears and on soles and continue to feed for 15-20 minutes at every feeding.
