1st FET failure, can I go ahead for 2nd?
Hi, my 1st FET failed with AA grade Blastocysts and good endometrium. The reason for doing ICSI is my husband's Sperm DNA fragmentation was 37%, but the doctor suggested the PICSI method of Fertilisation and she informed us we got very good sperm and fertilization, The embryo growth was really good(6 blastocyst of AA grade). We still have 4 more AA grade embryos. Can I try for 2nd round? Why my doctor had not advised for PGT testing? Is it because PICSI selects better sperms? My husband my age are 30 years. His sperm parameters were really good but there was sudden change in the report in between, Later after taking antioxidants it did improve rapidly too.

Hey You can go for 2 nd round Their are many other factors which may cause failure of implantation. And PGT is not required in your case (atleast from history shared ) Still can connect for detailed discussion.
