  4. 1st try failed for pregnancy. Here?

1st try failed for pregnancy
Hi I am 34 y female, married and is trying to conceive for the 1st time. But it didn't worked out for the 1st time, Before trying I crossed checked my AMH level 2.09 and TVS shows 9 follicle. I also checked when I am ovulating too. I don't have thyroid issues and prolactin shows normal. What can be issue here ? Please guide what should I do next before connecting to a doctor.
