17days baby pooping often
Hi Doctor, my baby is 17 days old and pooped almost 7-8 times along with peeing. I am worried about it.kindly suggest weather to consult pediatrics or is it normal

Its quiet normal in such babies as long as they are on only mother's milk. Need to worry only if you have fed anything other than mother's milk like water or powder milk. Otherwise its normal.

They go through this phase when their tummy is getting used to digestion. As long as the baby is feeding well, sleeping well, gaining weight and passing urine atleast 8-10 times in a day, there is no need to worry
