Hi Doctor
My 16 month old daughter's weight is the same from past 6 months. Her weight is a constant 10.5 kg.
She eats well and there is no problem at all but for some reason her weight isn't increasing. She is very active walking around the house and running.
Her schedule:-
-Morning 8 am wake up and drink 210 ml cow milk
-Breakfast at 10 am(Sattu/bread/oats)
-Nap till 12pm
-Eat a banana at 12-12:30 pm
- Lunch at 1:30-2pm (Rice, dal, sabji/Rice, sambar)
-Nap from 4-6 pm
- Fruit or wheat chilla for snack
- 8:30-9 pm dinner (dal,rice,sabji/Rice, sambar)
-9-9:30 pm drink 210 ml of cow milk and sleep
