159 glucose non fasting 75g 2hrs
Hi Dr. My glucose test result came as 159 which was non fasting and 2 hrs. Do I have gestational diabetes and what I can do now to prevent it.. is my baby ok?

If your postprandial glucose is more than 140 after 75 gm of glucose then it is diagnosed as gestational diabetes.

You have written that your glucose test came as 159 which is non fasting 2 hours.
1) What is non fasting (as against fasting) ?
Incidentally we say either fasting or post prandial. We don't use this term "non fasting".
2) What is 2 hours, 2 hours from when ?
