159 glucose challenge 32weeks pregnancy
Hi dr,
My value came 159, I did breakfast and then had 75gm glucose then have blood sample after 2hrs. I'm 32 weeks pregnant please help me with the next steps.

Go for OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test)
Fasting blood sugar (minimum of 8 hours)
After that take 75 grams of glucose and then do
1st hour sample
2nd hour sample

It's gestational diabetes mellitus, for 2 weeks follow diabetic diet, consider consulting dietician. After 2 weeks get your fasting blood sugar and 2hrs post breakfast sugars with HbA1C
Have a walk after each meal and try to be active
