Hi I'm 13 weeks pregnant and having fever and body pains and also cold. But fever got controlled now still having severe body pains and cold. Yesterday got tested for rtpcr and got covid negative. what should I do now for body pains please suggest

It may be viral fever even if covid negative you need to take care... Can take paracetamol fir body pain...enough liquids and rest....
